Salter Cycles - Delivery and Exchange Policy
All deliveries are despatched via Registered Post.
Delivery time is normally 4-6 business days. Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions on where and how to collect your parcel.
Please choose carefully before you buy.
Upon receiving returned items, Salter Cycles will forward the item to the original Supplier/Manufacturer for assessment. Items that are deemed to be faulty will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the original Australian Supplier/Manufacturer.
Salter Cycles is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it un-used in the same condition you received it (with all packaging and labels and tags attached) for an exchange or store credit.
Returns are not offered on sale or promotional items.

2 When returning a product, please make sure you provide all the following details:
Your full name
Daytime contact number
Street address and E-Mail address
Reason why you are returning the product
Instructions as to how you would like the issue resolved
A copy of the original receipt
3 Pack the items with a copy of your receipt and letter in a secure carton. Please ensure all items are carefully packed as we are not able to accept damaged items.
4 Address the package to
305 Queen St
Altona Meadows VIC 3028.
Remember to add your sender details to the back of the package.
5 Send the item via Australia Post. We strongly recommend you use insured registered post, as Salter Cycles is not liable for lost return parcels.
