The Basil City Shopper is not too heavy, not too big and yet roomy with a capacity of 14 to 16 litres and is strong enough to carry a lot of items or groceries. The water-repellent folding clasp with magnet prevents rain and the bag also has a removable shoulder strap.

The Shopper easily attaches to your carrier with the Hook-On system or just hang it nonchalantly over your shoulder with the detachable shoulder strap. The bicycle shopper is designed so you can neatly hide the hooks behind a zipper so one will notice your bike bag being used as a shoulder bag. In addition, vegan leather handles make carrying the bag a breeze.

The safety of the bag's design has also been taken into consideration and as a result, it's equipped with reflective panels on all sides and an attachment option for LED lighting. In the inner zippered pocket you can store smaller, valuable items.

Basil's City Shopper fits the tempo of the city: work, friends, going out, going to the market or just totally Zen after an hour of yoga.

Salter Cycles began life in 1999 as a family business run by Geoff and Adrian Salter. Living and riding in the western suburbs we could see the growing need for a quality bike shop in the Altona, Altona Meadows, Laverton and Point Cook corridor. Both being life long cyclists and bike racers, our mission has always been to help our customers enjoy their bikes as much as we do.
