Push new limits on challenging terrain. This enduro ripper has 160mm of rear suspension that eats up rocks, drops and whatever comes your way. A three-position flip chip lets you adjust geometry and switch out the rear wheel from 27.5-inch to 29.

Key Performance Factors

Race-bred suspension

A Maestro rear suspension system with 160mm of travel was developed and tested under the extreme conditions of Enduro World Series races. The trunnion mount shock has a longer stroke (62.5mm compared to 60mm on the previous generation). And the Advanced Forged Composite upper rocker arm adds stiffness and lowers overall weight.

Adjustable enduro geometry

Flip chip technology lets you switch between three settings depending on the terrain. You can select a 62.5, 63 or 63.5-degree head angle and corresponding 77.5, 77.9 or 78.3-degree seat tube angle, resulting in a 29, 24 or 19mm bottom bracket drop (size medium) to fine-tune handling for trail conditions, riding style and rear-wheel size.

Rear wheel options

Riders can choose either the stock 27.5-inch rear wheel or switch to 29. The larger 29-inch option improves stability and roll-over capabilities, while the 27.5 option delivers a more agile, snappier feel. It’s a quick and easy way to adjust the bike’s handling and feel.

★★★★★

Rob was fantastic to deal with. He spent time getting to know me so he could order the best bike for me. As soon as the bike arrive Rob did a thorough bike fit so I had a comfortable ride straight away. He was very knowledgeable and I will continue to shop and recommend Salters Cycles to others. Fantastic service. Thank you for all your help.

★★★★★

I've had all my servicing performed at the shop and happily bought my last bike through the shop ( which I love!).
The mechanics are awesome and have always helped out whenever I've had issues. When I broke a spoke and needed a wheel rebuild weeks before a big event the guys went out of their way to get me up and running again, the customer service was outstanding!
If you need a bike, this is the place.

Rob, Tim & Darren gave excellent value & exceptional service. My 12 year olds sons track racing & road racing bikes are now both running perfectly. Thank you for your prompt service & attention to detail.

Rob is so lovely and helpful. He pumped my tyres and also showed me how to do them myself. He also recommended a pump which I purchased and how to use it. I highly recommend Rob and his team.

Thank you Rob for pointing out the front wheel being installed improperly, avoiding a potential future bike injury and done for free.

Definitely a go to place for biking needs and fixes. They care for safe riding and your wellbeing on the roads.

There are bike shops and then there is Salter Cycles, the nicest bunch of knowledgeable blokes in the business, no wonder they have been going since 1990, thanks Rob and Tim for everything.

★★★★★

Had a new bike built recently by Tim at Salter Cycles which couldn't of been done better. All the components were assembled professionally and measurements set to a tee as per the bike fit data. Originally I had bought a HED wheelset here with great service throughout so when it came to a new frameset build the decision was a no brainer! The guys are passionate about riding and really know their stuff which made all the suggestions relevant. Also, thanks again Rob for recommending the frame colour, lovin it!

About Salter Cycles

Our Story

Salter Cycles began life in 1999 as a family business run by Geoff and Adrian Salter. Living and riding in the western suburbs we could see the growing need for a quality bike shop in the Altona, Altona Meadows, Laverton and Point Cook corridor. Both being life long cyclists and bike racers, our mission has always been to help our customers enjoy their bikes as much as we do.
