Sintered, metallic brake pads for Avid Code disc brakes. Metallic pads have more brake power and less wear compared to organic pads. Under wet conditions they tend to be more noisy. With sintered pads thermal stress on the brake is higher than with organic pads. With metal carriers.

Our Story

Salter Cycles began life in 1999 as a family business run by Geoff and Adrian Salter. Living and riding in the western suburbs we could see the growing need for a quality bike shop in the Altona, Altona Meadows, Laverton and Point Cook corridor. Both being life long cyclists and bike racers, our mission has always been to help our customers enjoy their bikes as much as we do.
