Description

EXTREME is for mountain bikes: mountain bike needs something that can take lots of dust, and/or muddy slop being kicked up on the chain from the front wheel. 

ABSOLUTE DRY is for the road bikes: Road bikes generally tend to pick up more dirt and dust from static discharge, so a thicker, dryer membrane is needed. 

GOLD is for both mountain and road bikes. A universal dry lube suitable dry dust and protection from slightly wet conditions. 

HOLY COW is a very settled wet lube that is as clean or cleaner than most dry lubes. Dirt and grit can be quickly wiped from the chain unlike a dry line. 

Features
This chain lube moved the 21st. century closer to the 22nd. Drive-trains look like they just came out of the box. The well known smoothness and quietness that Rock N Roll lubes are known all around the world for. Works well for on and off road, so if you do both, or want a superior lube for either, this is the one.

Our Story

Salter Cycles began life in 1999 as a family business run by Geoff and Adrian Salter. Living and riding in the western suburbs we could see the growing need for a quality bike shop in the Altona, Altona Meadows, Laverton and Point Cook corridor.
