Shimano SH51 SPD single release cleats are recommended for all MTB SPD pedals except PD M858. They are released by twisting heel outwards.

Most shoes will accept most popular cleats (all MTB shoes will take all MTB cleats with some requiring adaptors) however you need the exact cleat to match your pedals.

Salter Cycles began life in 1999 as a family business run by Geoff and Adrian Salter. Living and riding in the western suburbs we could see the growing need for a quality bike shop in the Altona, Altona Meadows, Laverton and Point Cook corridor.
