It would appear that internal communication could improve.
Salters had the bike service completed and the bike ready to go on the day booked. This despite having an issue with replacing a loose spoke. Bike is now riding like a dream.

Our Story
Salter Cycles began life in 1999 as a family business run by Geoff and Adrian Salter. Living and riding in the western suburbs we could see the growing need for a quality bike shop in the Altona, Altona Meadows, Laverton and Point Cook corridor. Both being life long cyclists and bike racers, our mission has always been to help our customers enjoy their bikes as much as we do.
