  • Freehub Service & wheel bearing adjustment
  • Replace gear cable inner/outer
  • Precision wheel true/tension/dish on wheel stand

  • Gear and brake adjustment including hanger re alignment
  • Check torque on all bolts to manufacturers specifications
  • Check tyres for condition, correct inflation and adjust accordingly

Our Story

Salter Cycles began life in 1999 as a family business run by Geoff and Adrian Salter. Living and riding in the western suburbs we could see the growing need for a quality bike shop in the Altona, Altona Meadows, Laverton and Point Cook corridor. Both being life long cyclists and bike racers, our mission has always been to help our customers enjoy their bikes as much as we do.
