Perfect symmetry is rare in nature, and cyclists are no exception. In fact, it's not uncommon for one leg to be longer than the other. To compensate for such discrepancies, Shimano has developed stackable cleat spacers that provide between 1 mm and 5 mm of height-adjustment range.

Our Story

Salter Cycles began life in 1999 as a family business run by Geoff and Adrian Salter. Living and riding in the western suburbs we could see the growing need for a quality bike shop in the Altona, Altona Meadows, Laverton and Point Cook corridor. Both being life long cyclists and bike racers, our mission has always been to help our customers enjoy their bikes as much as we do.
